Could this be the most charming Guy on the planet?

A Guy and a girl

Guy Sebastian has almost become part of the family here on Mornings and today he came back home for a bit of a chat and catch up. The Australian Idol alum has returned with a new smash single ‘Like it like that’ and I am loving it. It’s a return to Guy’s funky pop sound and was the number one most added tune to the radio. Guy has certainly come along way since his first appearance on Mornings, and apparently there might even be a spot on his next video clip for a cameo appearance of my own. If Miranda Kerr can’t make it I’m in!

Join us tomorrow for another beloved Idol star Mr Shannon Noll.

Catch you then,

Kerri-Anne

Bottoms away- Stav and Kerri-Anne have some bottom ended fun

We had a fabulous time filming at The Royal Queensland Show in Brisbane on Friday. I got up close and personal with all creatures great and small (most notably a prize winning bull), hung out with some friendly firemen, rode the Ferris wheel and was even somehow convinced to wear a rubber bottom.

Well what happens at Ekka stays in Ekka right?

Enjoy our happy snaps from the day as well as my bejewelled pants made especially for Jeans for Genes Day.

Johnno Coleman checks out our one of a kind Mornings with Kerri-Anne watch

Many are telling Peter Costello that perhaps it's time to reconsider his retirement from politics, so we decided to take that concept literally. The former treasurer was endowed yesterday with his very own gold, diamante studded watch with a picture of little old me in the centre. It’s genuine we promise!

A colour comeback
(0 comments)

Kerri-Anne, Miranda Kerr and David Bush

I am thrilled to pieces that colour is making a comeback. I’ve never been one to shy away from a little vibrancy and this season it seems the bolder the better. Emeralds and yellows and purples oh my! The gorgeous Miranda Kerr looked simply stunning in her Alex Perry fuchsia number. Mind you I think Miranda could make a paper bag look divine. The models rocked the mini dress, the newly revived blazer and the super short short shorts which is a trend I admit I will not be subscribing to this summer.

Catch you in the mornings,

Kerri-Anne

Do it with Denim
(0 comments)

Can you pick the demin outfits?

Can you even pick the denim outfits in this photograph? I'm certainly having trouble even now! These gorgeous creations were all part of the Do it with Denim competition to raise money for Friday’s Jeans for Genes Day. We had distressed denim skirts, a full length multi layered dress and my personal favourite a Jurassic inspired ripped denim masterpiece. I officially will never look at my old pair of bluey’s in the cupboard the same way again. Don’t forget to put on your pair this Friday for the all important Jeans for Genes fundraiser. I’ll be pulling mine out, there may even be sequins involved.

Catch you in the mornings,

Kerri-Anne

Kerri-Anne with the McClymonts

I have been a fan of these three lovely Aussie lasses before they became the huge country music sensations they are today. Working with some of the top writers in the music business, who helped pen the hits of Keith Urban, Taylor Swift and the Dixie Chicks it seems the skies the limit for The McClymonts. We enjoyed a bit of an early morning jig this morning to tunes from their album Chaos and Bright Lights. You gotta love some great aussie talent.

Catch you in the mornings,

Kerri-Anne

Aussie Bums Do Best
(1 comment)
We had every girl at Nine popping into the studio for our parade of underwear - with some very HOT bodies. Aussie Bum king Sean Ashby is a great chat and even better when he brings in 'the boys'. It was Bastille Day and with his recent spread in French Vogue we thought it best to see the underwear with attractive French-style hats... and the hats did not disappoint!

Joining us as well was Broadway Royalty Patti Lupone, responsible for the hit show Evita and Mandy Patinkin who played Che. Both are in Australia for stage shows together. I couldn't help but let them enjoy the talent of The Ten Tenors - our Aussie boys who have been a major success around the world and who were extremely impressive.

Just another day for Russell James    Russell with Kerri-Anne and his new book  Russell with one of the great beauties of our generation, Richard Reid

It was just another week surrounded by beautiful women for Russell James. Perhaps a slow one. With Kristen Davis, Charlotte Dawson and myself for company the photographer extraordinaire has been one busy boy. This former Perth boy has certainly done us proud. Between snapping the likes of Naomi Campbell and Giselle Bundchen Mr James has launched his self entitled book, judged last nights Australia’s Next Top Model Final and even squeezed in a visit with little old me. All without getting a hair out of place.

Catch you tomorrow for a chat with Shane Warne and a glimpse of the new Hannah Montana movie.
